The High Court has instructed the Punjab Police to ensure their safety and has also issued a formal notice to the police regarding the matter.

The couple sought protection after facing threats from the Nihang Singh community, who objected to an obscene video allegedly circulated by the couple. The Nihangs claim that the video is harmful to children and have demanded legal action against the couple for spreading obscenity.

In response to the controversy, the Kullhad Pizza couple released a video addressing the allegations. Sahaj Arora stated that he and his family would visit Sri Darbar Sahib to submit an application and seek clarity on whether he should continue wearing a turban, promising to accept any punishment if found guilty. His wife, Gurpreet, stood by his side in the video, which quickly went viral on social media.

The High Court's decision to provide security comes as the couple faces growing backlash, while the debate over the video and its impact continues to escalate.
