The name of her live-in partner, Inder, was written on the deceased's hand.
The body of a club dancer from Zirakpur in Mohali, Punjab, has been found near Sector 20, Panchkula cremation ground.
The deceased has been identified as Madhri, also known as Simran. The police have sent the body for examination and are searching for those involved in the killing.
According to a report by Dainik Bhaskar, she lived with her live-in partner Inder and did not return home on the night of November 13, 2025. However, her partner did not file a missing person report.
Seventeen days later, on December 30, 2025, her body was found in a skeletal condition in Panchkula. The deceased was identified through a tattoo on her body reading “I love you Inder” and from her jacket.
Police are currently tracing a person who made a payment of Rs 450 to the deceased’s number around midnight.
