A Case has also been registered against the accused in the Police Station

AMRITSAR: A Male passenger was arrested for molesting the Air Hostess at Dubai-Amritsar Flight. The Arrested passenger has been identified as Rajinder Singh, a resident of village Kotli in Jalandhar. Police station Raja Sansi has taken action against the accused after the complaint of the security manager.

Reported, the accused was held as soon as the Indigo flight from Dubai reached Amritsar airport. According to the information received, this incident took place in Indigo flight number 6 E 1428 which reached Amritsar from Dubai. Rajinder Singh was travelling in this flight from Dubai. He started drinking alcohol on the flight. Rajinder Singh lost his temper due to excessive consumption.

As per the police, Ajay Kumar, Assistant Security Manager of Indigo Airlines complained that during the flight, the passenger, who was drunk, molested the female crew member and also shouted loudly. The police acted on the complaint of Assistant Security Manager and the passenger was arrested. A case was registered against the passenger under sections 354 and 509 of the IPC.
