632 Students have secured 100 percent marks

MOHALI: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has announced the result of the 5th class annual examination on April 6, 2023 (Thursday). The board has released the list of students who secured first, second and third positions in the examination. Jaspreet Kaur, Navdeep Kaur of Mansa and Gurnoor Singh Dhaliwal of Faridkot have secured the first position with 100 percent marks. These students have secured 500 out of 500 marks. This year, 632 students have secured 100 percent marks.

The results have been announced by the vice chairman of the Punjab School Education Board, Dr. Virender Bhatia. Reportedly, Bhatia said that this time a total of 29,3847 examinees appeared for the fifth class examination, out of which 29,2947 students have passed.

Notably, The Pass Percentage in the 5th class examination was 99.69 percent. The pass percentage of boys is 99.65 percent and the pass percentage of girls is 99.74 percent. The students have been prioritized on the basis of age. The youngest student with 100 percent marks has been declared first. A total of 10 transgender students appeared for the exam this year. All 10 students have cleared the PSEB class 5th exam.
