More than 30,000 Young Individuals have been offered Govt jobs in Punjab: CM Mann 

CHANDIGARH: In a Significant Move to boost employment prospects, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has announced the provision of more than 1,200 jobs within the next three days. The Chief Minister unveiled this initiative during a recent public address in Jaipur.

During his speech, CM Mann revealed that the Punjab government will soon be distributing appointment letters to approximately 700 patwaris and over 500 police sub-inspectors. The distribution of appointment letters for the 700 patwaris is scheduled for September 8, while the 560 sub-inspectors will receive their appointments on September 9.

This Announcement comes as part of the government's ongoing efforts to bolster employment opportunities for the youth of Punjab. Chief Minister Mann highlighted that, thus far, more than 30,000 young individuals have been offered government jobs in the state. Additionally, the government has successfully regularized the employment status of 28,000 temporary employees.

Furthermore, CM Mann noted that the services of 12,710 teachers have recently been regularized. He reiterated the commitment of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government to prioritize youth employment in Punjab. The Chief Minister also expressed his intention to replicate these employment initiatives in Rajasthan, following the formation of the AAP government in the state.
