“In Uttam Nagar, people are raising slogans against Muslims... People's minds are being sensitised to violence in this manner. Several such films have been released and the Govt is silent,” she remarked, speaking to news agency ANI.

“What did the Home Ministry do about the Uttam Nagar violence? Who did they arrest?... People have come to killing each other. Instead of taking action against this, Govt is promoting it. We have heard that such films are shown to the PM, following which they are sanctioned. It is very unfortunate...” she added.
Film Producer Amit Jani stated that the movie that “exposes all the terrorists is Dhurandhar,” adding, the film is getting support like Dhurandhar part 1 did, even before the release.

“I liked the fact that they showed the roots of terrorism in Prayagraj. People like Atiq Ahmed worked here as the pillar of Pakistan… They should have thanked Yogi Adityanath in the film, but they didn’t,” he added.
