KHARAR: Law enforcement authorities in Mohali, Punjab, have apprehended two associates of KTF operative Arshdeep Dalla, identified as Mandeep Singh, also known as Deepa, hailing from Dhudike village (Moga), and Saurabh Kumar, alias Sabi, a resident of Ludhiana. The arrests were made in connection with an alleged threat incident targeting a local individual in Kharar.
