Jagir Kaur lashed out at the Congress leadership for vitiating the communal amity in the state

handigarh, Sept. 1: Former president of Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee(SGPC) and minister Jagir Kaur today lashed out at the Congress leadership for vitiating the communal amity in the state by its hostile posturing and  holding out threats that the  Akalis won’t be allowed to enter villages.

In a statement issued here today, Jagir Kaur lashed out at Punjab Congress president Sunil Jakhar for challenging Akalis to enter Punjab villages countering that Punjab is not the fiefdom or personal “Jagir” of Congress or its president Rahul Gandhi.The fundamental rights conferred by the Indian constitution assure free movement to all citizens

  the entire country and Punjab Congress government with all its police and power can’t stop Akalis from entering villages and exposing the “rubbish” contained in Justice Ranjit Singh Committee report which in not worth the paper on which it is written. “It is  a bundle of lies, conjectures, concocted facts and ludicrous conclusions.

Exhorting the party cadre, senior Akali leader urged them to spread in every nook and corner to educate the masses how Justice Ranjit Singh Report was prepared on dotted lines by Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh at Punjab Congress Bhawan with clear instructions that irrespective of facts, the report could be useful tool to defame the top Akali leadership especially its supremo Prakash Singh Badal and the Panthic credential of the SAD and Sikh institutions.

Jagir Kaur said she herself would under take an extensive tour of the state and challenged Jakhar and his cohorts (or chamchas) dare stop her on her mission to spread the truth about the acts of sacrilege in the past.“The Congress men would have to look for  space to hide once the reality of the Rajit Singh report is dawned on the people of Punjab”, said Jagir Kaur adding that the contents of the report nowhere blames senior or Junior Badal yet  the Congress leaders are bent on defaming Badals with Goebbels intensity and spreading falsehood.
