
Further Investigation in the matter is underway
FEROZEPUR: BSF personnel have seized 1 kg of heroin at the India-Pakistan border in Firozpur, Punjab. It is feared that Pakistani smugglers have dropped the heroin here with the help of drones. The jawans have started investigation after taking possession of the consignment.
According to the information, the BSF personnel were patrolling the border village Khilcha. Troops witnessed socks in the wheat field, in which a consignment was tied. On investigation, 1 kg of heroin was recovered from it.
