Addressing a party rally under “Jabar Virodhi Lehar” at Babbehali, 5km from Gurdaspur on Tuesday, Sukhbir said the Congress government led by Captain Amarinder Singh has stooped low in perpetrating atrocities on SAD workers and other non-Congress workers that even an 85-year-old person and a 16-year-old teen were put in jail on fake cases in Muktsar.

He said the Amarinder government had withdrawn all welfare schemes initiated by the previous Parkash Singh Badal government, including the atta-dal, shagun,free power up to 200 units to the SCs and BCs and free education to the school students.
