Voting is underway in 88 constituencies across 13 states/UTs

Lok Sabha elections 2024 Phase 2 Latest News: In continuation with the festival of democracy — the world's biggest election — 88 constituencies have been voting in the second phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 on Friday. 

Reportedly, the voting is underway in 88 constituencies across 13 states/UTs, including Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Manipur, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.

In the meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday posted a tweet on X in which he wrote: "Urging everyone in constituencies voting today, in the second phase of the Lok Sabha elections, to participate in record numbers. A high voter turnout strengthens our democracy. I especially urge our young voters and women voters to turn out in great numbers. Your vote is your voice!" 

It is pertinent to mention that the next phases of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 will be held on April 26, May 7, 13, 20, 25 and June 1, respectively. 

June 4, 2024! This will be the D-Day as the fate of political leaders will be out.
