Amethi (UP): Two minor boys were killed
after their cycle was hit by a truck near the Shivgarh market
here, police said today.
The accident took place yesterday on the Sultanpur-
Gauriganj Raebareli road.
SHO, Munshiganj, Vinod Kumar Mishra said that Baljeet
Gupta (13) and Lavlesh Singh (14), residents of Ghatampur
village, died on the spot.
Following the accident, villager blocked a road here and
dispersed only after SDM Priyanka Singh and Circle Officer
Piyush Kant assured them that the accused would be arrested
soon, he said.

A case has been registered and the matter is being
probed, the officer said.
