The Reserve bank of India is likely to issue Rs 200 domination currency in last week of August or first week of September, reports said here on Wednesday.
The Central Bank this time has ensured that they will make sure that the black marketing of this denomination should not take place. They have also indicated that the total value of this denomination will be Rs 50 crore.
Earlier, Demonetisation took place on November 8, which resulted the introduction of higher denomination currency notes of Rs 500 and rs 2000. Now, RBI is going to launch the new denomination curing the black marketing of it.
