Haryana Pregnant Woman Murder Latest News: In a tragic incident, two men were arrested on charges of killing a 19-year-old pregnant woman and burying her body in a remote area in Haryana. The accused, identified as Sanju alias Saleem and Pankaj, reportedly confessed to the crime, with authorities actively searching for a third suspect, Ritik, believed to be involved in the murder plot. 

According to initial investigations, the young woman was in a relationship with Sanju, who faced pressure from her to marry due to her pregnancy. Following a complaint lodged by the victim's brother on October 22, the Delhi Police launched an investigation, uncovering details that point to a disturbing series of events leading up to her death.

Key Developments in the Case

1. The investigation began when the victim’s brother reported her missing on October 22, suspecting that a male acquaintance may be involved.
2. Police officials formed special teams to track the case, discovering the woman's phone had been deactivated.
3. The investigation led to the arrests of Sanju and Pankaj, who reportedly admitted to killing the victim.
4. During interrogation, the accused revealed they rented a car on October 21 and took the victim, along with her belongings, on a drive.
5. Confessions indicate that Sanju had been delaying marriage, which caused tension between him and the victim.
6. On Karwa Chauth, the day traditionally celebrated by fasting for one's spouse, a dispute reportedly occurred between the couple.
7. After the argument, Sanju allegedly involved his friends, arranging a car ride with Pankaj and Ritik.
8. The group drove toward Rohtak in Haryana, where they allegedly murdered the victim and buried her in a four-foot-deep pit in an isolated area of Madina village.
9. Authorities recovered her body, confirming her identity and the location of the pit.
10. Police are currently pursuing Ritik, the third suspect, and gathering additional evidence to further the investigation.
