While the city ensures essential services remain functional, including hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, government offices, banks, and metros, other sectors will participate in the bandh. Commercial establishments, malls, industries, online transportation services, street vendors, hotels, restaurants, theatres, and multiplexes will remain closed. Additionally, schools, colleges, IT companies, and film chambers are urged to observe a holiday in solidarity with the bandh.

The Call for a Karnataka bandh represents a unified stand by various organizations, seeking to highlight their grievances and emphasize the significance of local issues affecting the livelihoods of the people. The movement underlines the need for prompt action from the government, addressing the concerns of the farmers and upholding the interests of the Kannada-speaking populace.
