The situation led to panic like situation in the country.

Airlines server down latest news today: In a shocking development, a technical snag has been reported in airlines' servers across the globe. The situation has caused panic among the passengers and even the staff. As of now, there is no information as to why their servers went down.

According to information, major US carriers American Airlines, United, and Delta grounded all flights as hospitals and 911 services reported systems outages. It appears to be a global technical outage, scuppering computers using Microsoft Windows.

Sources have also reported that there are software glitches in Indigo, Akasa, and SpiceJet check-in systems.

These three airlines use the GoNow — check-in system — which has been facing technical problems across the world since 10:45 AM. GoNow is a day-of-departure suite by Navitaire and is working with Microsoft to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Delhi Airport stated, "Due to the global IT issue, some of the services at the Delhi Airport were temporarily impacted. We are closely working with all our stakeholders to minimize the inconvenience to our flyers. Passengers are requested to be in touch with the airline concerned or the help desk on the ground for updated flight information. We regret the inconvenience caused to our passengers."
