We found the video of the actual press conference shared by BJP's official YouTube account. This press conference was held by Amit Shah on 9 May 2016. Sharing the press conference, the title was written, "Shri Amit Shah & Shri Arun Jaitley makes educational degrees of PM Modi public: 9 May 2016".
We listened to this press conference in its entirety. Viral part can be heard in this video from 1 minute 30 seconds to 1 minute 36 seconds. In this press conference, Amit Shah and Arun Jaitley made the degrees of PM Modi public. While holding this press conference, Amit Shah made the PM's degrees public and refuted the targets of the opponents regarding PM's education.
