Intelligence sources reveal dangerous tactics as Pakistan-based terrorist organization employs drones to send militants across borders

CHANDIGARH: In a concerning turn of events, Pakistan has been found using drones not for peaceful purposes but as a means to export terrorism. While the world witnesses drones being utilized for delivering essential goods, Pakistan has taken an unprecedented step by employing drones to send terrorists to Punjab, India, via the Pakistani terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba.

Intelligence sources have recently disclosed this alarming development. A video has emerged, showcasing terrorist groups' attempts to infiltrate India using drones. According to the report, these drones are capable of carrying up to 70 kilograms in weight. The video was recorded within the confines of the Lashkar-e-Taiba training camp located in Shakargarh, Pakistan. It demonstrated the organization's experimentation with drones, exploring their potential to transport terrorists and drop them into designated locations, such as bodies of water.

Notably, The Report further reveals that a few months ago, a terrorist was successfully transported to Punjab, India, utilizing a drone. The captured terrorist provided crucial information, stating that Lashkar operatives had provided financial assistance and instructed him to establish residence in Punjab. He was tasked with procuring weapons within Punjab itself.

Notably, Pakistan-based terrorist groups and drug traffickers have increasingly employed drones to deliver arms and drug shipments to Punjab and Jammu. In the previous year, the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) recorded a total of 256 drone-related activities, with 90 percent of them occurring within Indian territory. This marks a significant rise from the mere 67 drone incidents observed earlier.
