NIA had released a 2-hour video footage of the attack
NEW-DELHI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has issued a lookout notice against 45 accused of the recent attack on the Indian High Commission in Britain. The NIA has also released the photographs of the persons involved in the attack. The Accused have allegedly vandalized the Indian High Commission in London and insulted the Indian national flag in March this year.
Taking to Twitter, the NIA on Wednesday shared the pictures of the accused and appealed people to identify or provide information about them. NIA Wrote, "These people were involved in the attack on the Indian High Commission in London on March 19. They caused a lot of damage and insulted the Indian national flag. If anyone has any information about them please whatsapp or directly call on this number +917290009373."
Earlier on Monday, the NIA had released a 2-hour video footage of the attack. The investigating agency posted nearly two hours of CCTV footage on its website and shared the link on its Twitter handle, appealing to the public to provide the agency with any information about the persons seen in the video. The identity of the informant will be kept confidential.
The Investigation Agency has said in a statement that the CCTV footage of the attack by anti-national elements at the Indian High Commission complex in London on March 19 this year has been uploaded. The statement read, "People are requested to inform the NIA of any information in public interest about the persons seen in the footage."
