The body of a 12-year-old minor boy bearing strangulation marks was found here this morning, police said. Shivam was allegedly kidnapped from outside his house last evening and the body was found in a field under the Pharenda police station area, Superintendent of Police RP Singh said. A case has been registered against unidentified people and the body was sent for postmortem, he added.
