Balkaur Singh, the father of late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, has expressed deep dissatisfaction and anguish with how the family’s struggle for justice in the Son’s murder case has been handled.
Balkaur Singh stated in a post that “Answers that don’t arrive in time hold no value.” He also stated that despite the family’s consistent effort to seek justice, nothing meaningful had worked out in their favour.
He noted that even the murderer was given a platform to speak publicly”. He shared that when the family sought justice, but they were dismissed outright, with some even making claims that the family did not want justice.
He strongly criticized the revelations of personal details when the family pursued their rights. He called it an invasion of privacy.

Moosewala was ambushed and tragically shot dead in his car near Jawaharke, Punjab, at just 28 years old on 29 May 2022.
