the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert in the state. 

Himachal Weather Update Latest News Today, IMD Prediction This Week: While the initial spell of rains left people worried after a few areas witnessed heavy rains causing flash floods in Himachal Pradesh, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert in the state. 

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), a yellow alert was issued in Himachal Pradesh on July 11 except in Lahul and Spiti, Kinnaur, Hamirpur, and UNA where the IMD issued no alert.

Likewise, the IMD stated that there was no warning of rain in Lahul and Spiti, Kinnaur, from July 12 to July 15, while other districts Chamba, Kangra, Solan, Shimla, Kullu, Mandi, Kangra, and Sirmaur had yellow alert issued for July 12 to 13.
