Two alleged criminals carrying prize money of Rs 1 lakh and Rs 50,000 on their heads were arrested from Dwarka by the Delhi Police Special Cell. The accused, Manjeet Dabas and Bhagat, were held around midnight following an exchange of fire, the police said.
