Deepak Boxer is likely to be brought to India in the next 2 days: Sources

New Delhi: The Special Cell of Delhi Police nabbed the notorious and most wanted gangster Deepak Pahal alias Deepak Boxer from Mexico. The Cops achieved this feat with help of the American intelligence agency- FBI and Interpol. Deepak Boxer was considered as one of the top ten gangsters of the country.

According to sources in the Union Home Ministry, gangster Deepak Boxer is likely to be brought to India in the next two days. Delhi Police was hunting for Deepak boxer in connection with the builder Amit Gupta murder case.

Notably, Deepak Boxer was out of the country for a long time. After the murder of Jitender Mann Gogi in the Rohini court, Deepak Boxer was operating the Gogi gang. In January 2023, he fled to Mexico via Kolkata by using a fake passport from Bareilly in the name of Ravi Antil. The address on the passport was given of Moradabad, UP. A team was formed under the supervision of Police Special Cell Commissioner HGS Dhaliwal to nab Deepak Boxer. 

Notably, The Gogi gang had links with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Deepak came into the limelight in 2016 when he freed gangster from Delhi Police custody in Bahadurgarh. In 2018, he was on the run after a crackdown on the Boxer gang.
