Prime Minister Modi took center stage in the Lok Sabha on delivering a argument to the Motion of Thanks on President Murmu's address

PM Modi Criticizes Rahul Gandhi in Parliament Address latest news: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took center stage in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, delivering a vital counter argument to the Motion of Thanks on President Droupadi Murmu's address. This speech marked his 14th such response, but it stood out for its sharp critique aimed at Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and other opposition figures.

Modi accused certain leaders of adopting the "language of urban Naxals" and misleading the youth with false promises. "It is unfortunate that today some people are openly speaking the language of urban Naxals, challenging the Indian state and declaring a fight against it. Those who speak this language neither understand the Constitution nor the unity of the nation," he asserted.

The Prime Minister's remarks were cutting and reflective of the intense atmosphere in parliament. Amid his speech, an FIR was registered against Rahul Gandhi at the Pan Bazar Police Station in Guwahati. This was linked to Gandhi's comments made during the inauguration of the Congress Party's new headquarters on Kotla Road in Delhi, where he accused the BJP and RSS of capturing every institution and now fighting against the Indian state itself.

Modi didn't hold back as he shifted his focus to the Congress, highlighting what he described as historical injustices. "For decades, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh were deprived of Constitutional rights," he declared, calling it an “injustice” to both the people and the Constitution itself. His words underscored the government's efforts to more fully integrate these regions into the Indian state and ensure equal rights for all citizens.

The fourth day of the Budget session began with high expectations and intense debates. Earlier in the week, opposition members protested and raised slogans in both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, expressing concerns over issues like the alleged mismanagement of the Mahakumbh Mela, which they claimed resulted in casualties during a stampede on January 29.

As Modi's speech concluded, it became evident that the battle lines in parliament were drawn, with both sides gearing up for what promises to be a contentious budget session. The stage is set for vigorous debates and high-stakes discussions, reflecting the vibrant and often tumultuous nature of India's democracy.
