PM Modi launched the "Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan" campaign from September 17 to October 2, 2025, alongside Poshan Maah. It aimed at improving health and nutrition for women, adolescent girls, and children while ensuring early disease detection for preventive measures and access to essential healthcare services.

It covered 19.7 lakh health camps and reached over 11 crore people. There were health checkups for multiple diseases including hypertension and diabetes, administration of vaccine doses, comprehensive health checkups for women, and registration of more than 2.68 lakh Nikshay Mitras with support from My Bharat volunteers to strengthen India's fight against tuberculosis.

Overall, it showcases India’s shift towards preventive healthcare for women and families with massive online participation through widespread community awareness.
