Chirag Paswan described the announcement of the central government as a historic reform in the direction of social justice

Chirag Paswan Praises PM Modi for Historic Caste Census Decision: Delhi (Rajesh Chowdhury), 
LJP (Ram Vilas) leader and Union Minister Chirag Paswan has directly attacked the opposition parties while supporting the caste census decision of the central government. Giving credit for this historic decision to Prime Minister Modi, he said that Modi ji has shown the courage to implement the decision which was used only as a political weapon for centuries.

Chirag Paswan described the announcement of the central government as a historic reform in the direction of social justice and not politics. He said that when my father Ram Vilas Paswan came into politics, he used to say 'backwards should get 60 marks out of 100'. That dream is coming true today and this willpower is only in Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Chirag said that for decades all political parties limited caste census to vote bank politics only, but the Modi government made it a part of the policy. Attacking Congress, RJD and SP, Chirag said that these parties only talked about caste census, but never showed the courage to implement it.  Congress was in power for the longest time after independence, it had governments in most of the states of the country, but a survey was never conducted.

Today Rahul Gandhi is taking credit for it. If he wanted, he could have got it done during his government. He said that why parties like RJD and SP, which do politics of social justice, could not implement it during their rule?  The credit for this goes only to PM Modi

Chirag Paswan said that "If the credit for this decision goes to anyone, it is Narendra Modi ji. I definitely raised this demand from every platform, but Modi ji showed the courage to do it. This can only be done by the leadership that thinks of taking every section of the society along.

Chirag also hit back at the question raised by Rahul Gandhi that what is its timeline. He said that whatever time it will take, any big process takes time, it is not right to use it for political purposes. Modi ji's working style is that he works first, then announces Signs of return to Bihar politics When asked about contesting the assembly elections in Bihar, Chirag said that it should not be interpreted in any other way. My purpose of coming into politics is to serve Bihar. I am fighting for Biharis even in Delhi. But my dream is to go back to Bihar and work for my state from there. This statement definitely indicated that Chirag Paswan can play an active role in Bihar politics in the near future. 

Chirag Paswan gave a befitting reply to the opposition on the questions raised about the timing of the elections. He said that if the caste census was only for electoral benefits, it would have been done before the Lok Sabha elections. This step is the need of the country and it has been taken seriously. He said that this has been Modi's working style, he has taken the right decision at the right time.
