The retail price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder now costs Rs 1,795 in Delhi.

LPG Cylinder Price Hike Latest News Today: In a major development, the state-run oil marketing companies (OMCs) have increased the rates of 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinders by Rs 25 with effect from today. 

With the latest price hike, the retail price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder now costs Rs 1,795 in Delhi. In Mumbai, a 19 kg cylinder will be sold for Rs 1,749 while in Chennai and Kolkata, the cost of commercial LPG gas cylinders has increased to Rs 1,960 and Rs 1,911, respectively.

It is pertinent to mention that this was the second time in a row that the state-run firms have surged the cost of commercial gas cylinders. Earlier on February 1, the rates of a 19-kg gas cylinder were increased by Rs 14. In February, the rates of 19-kg gas cylinders were Rs 1,769.50 (Delhi), Rs 1,887 (Kolkata), Rs 1,723 (Mumbai), and Rs 1,937 (Chennai), respectively.
