“There are many reasons for this, and Rahul Gandhi has explained them in detail."

Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Wednesday claimed that in the past few years, whoever won the postal ballots in Haryana went on to form the government.

The senior Congress leader made the remarks while addressing the media following Rahul Gandhi’s allegations of voter fraud in the Haryana election last year.

“From the beginning, there was talk that public opinion and the voice of the people in Haryana were suppressed. The election was not just about vote theft; the government of Haryana was stolen through it,” Hooda alleged.

“There are many reasons for this, and Rahul Gandhi has explained them in detail. He provided complete evidence showing how many votes were cast and what exactly happened,” he added.

Hooda further said, “When everyone saw the exit polls, no survey gave the BJP more than 29 seats, while the Congress was shown winning with a landslide majority. The obvious doesn’t need proof, just look at the last three or four Haryana Assembly elections. Whoever won the postal ballots formed the government.”

Meanwhile, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav, echoing a similar sentiment, said, “There are no two opinions about the fact that the BJP engages in such practices. The BJP wants to remove Dalits, Backward Classes, and minorities from the constitutional process. The people of the BJP are enemies of Dalits, and we are alert about this in Bihar.”
