Rajesh Prasad highlighted the city's unique identity in his address to the gathering and said that Chandigarh is conceived as a symbol of independent India’s modern aspirations and stands today as a hallmark of order. He further emphasized that the city has consistently upheld the core values of good governance, institutional integrity, and active citizen participation.
