Castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial weakened further at the Vashi oils and the wholesale market here today following reduced demand from soaps and shippers industries. Elsewhere, refined palmolein eased further owing to poor offtake from retail buyers. While groundnut oil and linseeds oil ruled steady in absence of any large-scale buying activity.
Industrial Oils
In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold moved down by Rs 10 per 100kg to Rs 4,025 from Friday's closing level of Rs 4,035 and castor oil commercial edged down by Rs 2 per 10kg to Rs 835 as against Rs 837. Linseeds oil ended unaltered at Rs 802 per 10kg. Moving the edible section, refined palmolein softened by a Re per 10kg to Rs 727 and groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 840 per 10kg.
