Patna Tea Seller Turns Heads With India-Map Hairdo During Nitish Kumar's 10th Oath Ceremony
Nitish Kumar’s Oath Ceremony: Almost the entire Bihar is celebrating the return of Janata Dal (United) leader Nitish Kumar as the Chief Minister, and one celebration that stood out was a man with a unique hairstyle selling tea outside Gandhi Maidan in Patna, where the swearing-in ceremony of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government in Bihar is taking place today.
During the ceremony, Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha will take oath as Deputy Chief Ministers.
A grand celebration is currently underway in the state, particularly where the oath-taking ceremony is underway.
Nitish Kumar is returning as the Chief Minister of Bihar for a record 10th time. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Chief Ministers, and Deputy Chief Ministers from states across India have arrived in Bihar to attend the swearing-in ceremony.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath are among the Chief Ministers who have reached Patna to attend the ceremony.
Rekha Gupta told the media, "Yeh janta ke vishwas ki jeet hai, sarkar ke prayason ki jeet hai aur Bihar mein vikas ki jeet hai." (This is the win of the trust of the people, the win of the government's efforts, and the win of development in Bihar.)
Additionally, this is the first time a Prime Minister is attending the oath-taking ceremony of a Chief Minister.
The BJP and JD(U) secured a landslide victory in the recently concluded Assembly elections.
Meanwhile, congratulatory messages are pouring in for Nitish Kumar’s stalwart leadership from across the country.
