‘Campaign Showed Massive Support for Tejashwi': D Raja as Early Trends Tilt to NDA

“The people of Bihar have shown their support for the development done by the double-engine government" : Nitin Gadkari

As the vote counting for the Bihar Assembly Election 2025 is underway, early trends show the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the lead. Reflecting on the campaign phase, CPI leader D Raja said there was “huge popular response and support for Tejashwi and Mahagathbandhan,” but the early trends indicate otherwise.

Speaking to ANI, D Raja said, “...During our campaign in Bihar, we could see a huge popular response and support for Tejashwi and Mahagathbandhan. But now the counting, the early trends show something else. So let's wait for the final round of counting. Then we will analyse the reasons for such a result...”

Meanwhile, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, speaking to the media, said, “The people of Bihar have shown their support for the development done by the double-engine government.”
