Users in Russia Face Technical Glitch As They Are Unable to Open the APP

Telegram Down, Technical Glitch Latest News Today: While YouTube users across the world have detected a technical outage, users in Russia have been witnessing massive outages on Telegram as well. People in Russia are wondering why Telegram is not working today in Russia. 

In the meanwhile, several users rushed to X, formerly known as Twitter, to report the technical outage in the Telegram app. 

A user wrote, "This morning, Telegram and YouTube users in Russia are reporting massive outages. The application and the web version of the messenger do not open. Telegram especially does not work on mobile devices." 

Another user wrote: "Telegram outages appear to be in regions outside of Russia, but others are purely internal. More than likely, Russia is testing its ability to shut down Internet services. Putin's ongoing political purge is snowballing - there'll be more in the pod tomorrow. Thanks for the kudos." 

"Massive Outages for Russian users on YouTube reported in Russia. Russians follow Telegram in complaining about YouTube malfunctions," wrote another. 

In the meanwhile, Forbes Russia reported, "The Ministry of Digital Development reported that the work of Telegram and other services in Russia has begun to recover. The department added that they are trying to establish the cause of the large-scale failure. A Forbes source in one of the operators suggested that the cause of the failure may be related to..."
