Nurpur: The Nurpur police arrested Rekha Devi (24), wife of Amar Singh (32) of Badroot (Gangath) village, last evening, for allegedly murdering her husband.She was produced in the court and remanded in police custody for three days.

Nurpur: The Nurpur police arrested Rekha Devi (24), wife of Amar Singh (32) of Badroot (Gangath) village, last evening, for allegedly murdering her husband.She was produced in the court and remanded in police custody for three days.

The deceased, Amar Singh, was a driver and didn’t get up in the morning on Friday. In the investigations, it was found that the the deceased was strangulated. The husband and wife had strained relations which led to the murder .
