It is a Telugu language action thriler drama film featuring Ram Pothineni, Sanjay Dutt, Kavya Thapar, and Bani J in the main lead roles along with Ali, Getup Sreenu, Sayaji Shinde, Makrand Deshpande, Temper Vamsi, and many others in supporting roles. It is directed by Puri Jagannadh and jointly produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmi Kaur under Puri Connects’ banner. Budget of Ram Pothineni’s film Double iSmart is said to be around Rs 100 crores INR.

Double iSmart is a Scientific fiction starring Ram Pothineni in the role of Shankar, a rowdy with a very smart mind and is also very expert in fighting. Sanjay Dutt i.e. Big Bull will be seen playing the role of a villain opposite him. 

In the end a spiritual look of Ram Pothineni will also be seen in which he will be seen immersed in the devotion of Lord Shankar. The movie is quite similar to 'iSmart Shankar'.

The film will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam languages.
