But the organisers, Pace D and Bikram Singh Randhawa, have denied these allegations in strong terms.  They clarified that Neha was hired for two consecutive shows—one in Sydney and the other in Melbourne. While the Sydney concert, which was attended by approximately 2,000 fans, passed off without any hitch, the Melbourne show was attended by just 700 people.

They claim that Neha wasn't satisfied with the lesser crowd and did not want to perform unless the place was full. They claimed that the audience, who had paid around 300 AUD per ticket (approximately ₹16,000), waited for hours while Neha kept arriving late. They also mentioned that opening acts performed without any problem, which they claim invalidates her argument of sound setup issues.

In regards to the hospitality claims, the organisers stated Neha had been touring in a luxury G-Wagon and had hotel bookings in place. They stated further that in Australia, it's common practice to pay artists upfront before their arrival—and Neha had already been paid. It was, according to them, the lack of turnout and the pandemonium surrounding the show that made the organisers lose almost 500,000 AUD.

With both parties narrating very different tales, the incident has created a lot of controversy on the internet. While some fans empathize with Neha, others are questioning the manner in which things were conducted from both sides.
