Shivani Kumari was announced as the first evicted

The latest episode of Bigg Boss OTT3 on July 27 was an emotional rollercoaster for the housemates as the episode featured a double eviction that took everyone by surprise. Bollywood diva Janhvi Kapoor made a special appearance to promote the show, and she interacted with the housemates, giving them a fun task. Janhvi asked the housemates which contestant they’d least like to meet outside the house. Naezy impressed her with an impromptu rap, which left Janhvi thoroughly impressed. She wished the contestants well before departing.

Later, Anil Kapoor took to the stage and asked Ranvir Shorey to bring out the ballot and count the votes. After tallying the votes from the housemates, Shivani Kumari was announced as the first evictee. She left the house in tears, apologizing to everyone if she had done anything wrong.

Anil Kapoor returned to reveal that Shivani wasn’t the only one leaving; there was a double eviction. Vishal Pandey was also evicted, which sent Lovekesh into a fit of tears he couldn't control. Sana Makbul also broke down, sobbing uncontrollably.

After Vishal's departure, the housemates tried to comfort Sana and Lovekesh. Sana expressed her guilt over Shivani's eviction and was further distressed by Vishal's departure. 

Armaan Malik and Sai Ketan Rao discussed Sana’s role in Shivani's eviction. While Armaan went to console Sana, Sai remained distant, with Kritika urging him to join the others. Sai, however, expressed his distrust of Sana, saying, "I don’t trust her at all."
