The IMD has ceased issuing new heatwave alerts, noting a slight drop in temperatures and predicting rainfall starting from June 28, which is expected to bring significant relief from the oppressive heat.

With these new weather developments, the likelihood of extending summer vacations seems to be diminishing. The school administration has yet to make a final decision, but the improving weather conditions suggest that classes may resume as scheduled on July 1.
