According to information, the exam to recruit ADOs against 200 vacant posts was held by Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) on June 30.

ADO recruitment exam 2024 paper leak in Punjab latest news: Days after the NEET paper leak, the news of Punjab government’s Agriculture Development Officers (ADOs) recruitment exam paper leak has surfaced on the Internet. Several aspirants have been alleging that the question paper was leaked.

According to information, the exam to recruit ADOs against 200 vacant posts was held by Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) on June 30. As many as 4,100 aspirants appeared for the exam. 
However, the aspirants have alleged that the paper was leaked a few days before the exam while some of them have also sent an e-mail to the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO). There are also reports that a senior official from state’s agriculture department accepted bribe of Rs 32 lakh to leak the paper.

An excerpt from an e-mail, reportedly sent to the CMO before the exam, stated: “There is strong speculation…that the upcoming exam for ADO recruitment has been compromised and a senior official is allegedly involved in facilitating this leak. It has been reported that this official demanded a bribe of Rs 32 lakh to ensure access to leaked exam material”.
