New Delhi: Delhiites woke up to a rainy morning today with motorists facing heavy traffic on different stretches of roads in the city due to water logging and slow movement of vehicles during the office hours.     The rain brought down the minimum temperature to 24 degrees Celsius, four notches below the average, said a MeT department official.     Almost all parts of the city received rains in the early morning hours. The total rainfall was recorded to 16.6 mm till 8.30 AM, he said.     Thundershowers and rain are likely to occur in some parts of the city during the next 24 hours.
