Despite having tested positive for COVID-19, Cameron Green received all the clearance, given he took the necessary precautions such as maintaining social distancing. Green was in the spotlight as he took the field under special circumstances.

On Wednesday, Cricket Australia announced that the all-rounder Cameron Green and coach Andrew McDonald tested positive for Covid-19. Following the protocols, Green and McDonald were separated from the team until they returned negative test results.
