Spokesman in it's investigation found the viral claim to be fake as this video is a DeepFake content. Shami did not expressed any kind of claim regarding breaking his Roza.

Starting our investigation, we first watched this video carefully. We observed the mismatching of LipSync. Which clears that this video is altered.
In the second phase, we extracted the keyframes of the video and did reverse image search on them.
"Viral Video Is Deepfake"
We found the original video shared by SportsNext last year. In this video Indian Pacer can be seen wishing Eid Mubarak to his fans and people.
As this video is from April 2024, we can clearly say that viral going video is altered.
Conclusion
Spokesman in it's investigation found the viral claim to be fake as this video is a DeepFake content. Shami did not expressed any kind of claim regarding breaking his Roza.
