It was not clear if Kohli heard her, but he would have been aware of what is going on in the capital.

Meanwhile, several sportspersons have come out in support of the farmers. Punjab's boxing legends Jaipal Singh, Kaur Singh, and Gurbax Singh Sandhu have opted to return their awards. Olympic medallist Vijender Singh also has threatened to return his Khel Ratna if their demands are not met.
