Applications submitted before November 1 will follow current criteria, with exceptions for eligible flight school graduates applying post-November 1.

Updated Criteria for Applications Post-November 1, 2024

1. For University Graduates (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctoral):
   - Language: CLB 7 in English or NCLC 7 in French
   - Field of Study: No specific restrictions.

2. Other University Graduates:
   - Language: CLB 7 or NCLC 7
   - Field: High-demand areas only.

   - Language: CLB 5 or NCLC 5
   - Field: Occupation-specific fields facing shortages.

Accepted language tests include CELPIP, IELTS, and PTE Core (General).
