Chandigarh: When the Leader of Opposition Sukhpal Singh Khaira attended the bhog ceremony of Capt Amarinder Singh’s mother at Patiala on Sunday, he praised Capt Amarinder and termed him as a ‘Saint Politician’.

Khaira astonished everyone when he highly praised Capt Amarinder Singh and told that the he is the only ‘Saint Politician’ who can safeguard the interests of Punjab. However, after two days, Khaira lambasted at Capt Amarinder Singh led Congress government for its ‘bogus claims’ about the breaking drug trade racket in the state.

Khaira said Congress MLA Surjit Singh Dhiman’s statement at a function at Sunam on availability of drugs in every street of the state and their hassle-free supply proves the stand taken by his party from time to time. “The cat is now out of the bag and all the CM’s claims about weeding out drugs from the state have fallen flat,” he said.

Interestingly, the AAP MLA has changed his stance for his ‘Saint Politician’ and started criticizing him.
