First incident of braid chopping of a Sikh boy reported in Punjab

Amritsar: The braid chopping incidents have shocked the North Indian states Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi and Punjab. According to the reports, the incidents happened in these states where the unidentified people chopped the braids of girls and women.

Around ten incidents have been happening at all places where girls and women found their braids chopped. First incident of braid chopping of a Sikh boy reported in Taran Taaran District, Amritsar.

Police have been still groping in the dark as no single clue or evidence found in the cases. Dilbag Singh, a resident of village Pandori Gola studying in eights standard found his braid chopped when he woke up in the morning.

Dilbag’s father Gurjeet Singh told that they were sleeping in the corridor and they had planned to visit Baba Bakala. The victim mother shocked when she tried to comb the hair of her son in the morning. It’s a first case happened with a Sikh boy.

The police of all these states have confused as there is no reason found behind the braid cutting.
