Akshay Kumar highlights the ‘Chandigarh Stalking Case’

Mumbai: The Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar discussed the Chandigarh Stalking case and he openly read out the message of victim Varnika Kundu in an event held at Mumbai. Kumar was attending the graduation ceremony of a women self-defense workshop where he highlighted the incident of Chandigarh Stalking case in which the son of BJP State President of Haryana was involved.

Kumar was attending the graduation ceremony of a women self-defense workshop where he highlighted the incident of Chandigarh Stalking case in which the son of BJP State President of Haryana was involved.

Addressing the gathering, Kumar read out exactly the message of 29 year old DJ and daughter of an IAS officer written on her blog after she was stalked by Vikas Barala, son of Subhash Barala.

The Chandigarh Police arrested Vikas and later granted him bail by framing the bail able offences and released him in the evening. Akshay Kumar highlighted the incident to motivate and encourage the girls to stand boldly if they face same problem.
