Next hearing in the case is slated to held on April 11

CHANDIGARH: A hearing was held on Tuesday (March 28) in the Punjab and Haryana High Court in connection with the Amritpal Singh case. Advocate General Vinod Ghai has filed an affidavit on behalf of the Punjab government.

The counsel appearing for Amritpal Singh did not file his reply while he has sought more time to respond in the case. The Counsel said that they will present the evidences in court after verification. He said that in this case the evidence cannot be presented in one day for which more time is required.

After hearing the arguments of the lawyers appearing on both sides, the court has scheduled the hearing of this matter on April 11.
