Case Filed Against 13 Company Owners Running Immigration Firm without Approval, 6 Arrested

A case under section 188 of the IPC has been registered against all the Owners.

CHANDIGARH: The police have registered a case against the owner of 13 immigration companies operating without approval in the city. A case under section 188 of the IPC has been registered against all the owners of the immigration companies for violating the DC orders. The police who arrested 6 company owners are looking for more accused in the matter.

Sector 17 police station has registered a case against Mangal Singh of Chicago Immigration located in Sector 22B, Zirakpur resident Deepak Chauhan of Red Star Immigration and Hukum Chand Garg, who runs Madhya Global Avenue Immigration Company. The case has been filed against the owner of GS of Sector 12A, Oakridge Visa Company, Virtu Overseas Educational Consultants, Whitehill Overseas Immigration and more companies.
